How do I checkout?
Once you have all of the items you want in your shopping cart, the next step is to Checkout. Follow the steps below to proceed with the checkout process: - Verify your merchandise - Enter a promo code, if applicable - Verify Total -Verify your preferred currency - Sign in to your account If you have an account, your information will be auto-filled Don't have an account? No worries! You can continue as a guest if you do not want to create one - Enter your shipping information -When entering address information, please omit periods and hyphens - Select your shipping method: Standard: 3 - 6 business days Premium: 2 - 3 business days - Choose and Enter your payment method - Review your order - If you need to make changes, you can do so by clicking on 'edit' - Place order
How can I change my order after it has been submitted?
Need to make changes to your order? No worries, we're happy to help! You have 30 minutes to change or cancel your order after you have placed it.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, we will send you a shipping confirmation email with a link to track the order on the carrier's website. By clicking the link, you will be able to check the status of your order once is in transit. Please note: It may take 24-48 hours for your tracking information to reflect details on the carrier site.
Are duties and taxes included in my shipping price?

Your Stackry parcel forwarding costs do not include additional taxes.

Why was my account deactivated?

There are multiple possibilities as to why your account may have been deactivated:

The most common reason for deactivation happens when the Stackry security team determines that a payment or purchase has been made fraudulently.

Why was my order delayed or canceled?
Breeze strives to keep merchandise status up-to-date but occasionally there are situations when an item may be out of stock and not evident until the fulfillment process. This can be due to damaged items, high order volume, etc. Every order is unique so reasons for cancellations and delays vary. They can be, but are not limited to: Type of items ordered Quantity of items ordered How long the item was sitting in your shopping bag The address and telephone number you provided for your credit card account does not match what your bank has on file You are shipping your order to an address other than your billing address If any of these conditions applies to your order, you may be contacted by Customer Service for additional verification. If they are unable to reach you, your order will be cancelled.
When will I receive my order confirmation?
Within an hour after placing an order on ShopatBreeze.com, you will receive an email confirmation. This confirmation includes: Order number Item(s) ordered Description Quantities Price of each item Shipping address(es) Billing address Please print and/or save this confirmation. It can be used for future reference to check the status of your order. If you do not receive an order confirmation within an hour: Check your spam folder Check the Order History in your ShopatBreeze.com account If you do not find your order confirmation email in your spam or inbox folders, please allow 24 hours for your order to process. Once the order has processed, you will receive your order confirmation email.
How do I add items to my shopping cart?
Found something you love? It's time to add it to your shopping bag! 1. Once you have selected an item, you will need to select: Size (if applicable) Color (if applicable) Quantity 2. Click "add to bag" 3. Your shopping bag will appear and provide a summary of the item(s) you are ordering and the order subtotal. To continue adding items to your shopping bag, click "CONTINUE SHOPPING" To proceed to checkout, click "CHECKOUT"
